CLUBHOUSE & PAVILION

Our clubhouse and pavilion host many events throughout the year for various organizations and Boy Scout troops! Contact to learn more!

FISHING |

Big Sandy Creek flows approximately a half a mile through our property and is stocked twice a year. It is an excellent trout stream and also has small mouth bass. While fishing you may see, or even have to share your spot, with an American Bald Eagle, an Osprey, or a Blue Heron. You may even see other wildlife, such as, deer, beavers, turkeys, and black bear. Here at Sandycreek Conservancy we encourage catch and release for consistent fishing.

Haggerty Run is a small shaded stream that flows through our property. This stream has a native brook trout population along with minnows and other small fish. Try hiking the stream in the summer and fall months to observe the trout and other fish in the small pools of water.

*Fishing is by Walk in ONLY for NON-Members. Members may drive to stream.*

RIFLE & PISTOL RANGE |

The range at Sandycreek Conservancy includes 10 covered bench rest shooting stations. It also includes becon type lighting for hot/cold range shooting conditions when multiple shooters share the range. The beacon switches are located at Bench #1 and Bench #10. Wooded areas on each side of the range have been removed for additional safety while shooting.

Stationary range targets are positioned at 100 and 200 yards. We also have gongs at 200 and 245 yards. Portable targets are provided for members and guests. Concrete range markers are set and marked at 25, 50, and 75 yards. Please come and enjoy our range!

Two 50 yard pistol bays, located to the left of the rifle range, are now available for use. They will be slowing refined as time goes on.

PLEASE REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF ALL YOUR TARGETS WHEN FINISHED!
