Please complete ALL the portions of the form below with your most current information / data. Once complete, select the "SUBMIT FOR RENEWAL" button and the information will be sent to Sandycreek Membership Secretary email.  This information will be entered upon payment receipt into the system thus allowing for the continued use of your gate access card.  If payment is not received before April 4th, your gate access card will be automatically locked by the system until the SCCMS re-activates it post payment receipt.

NOTICE:

A 3% CREDIT CARD FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY CARD TRANSACTIONS. CASH TRANSACTIONS NOT SUBJECT TO SURCHARGE. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS AN ADDED CONVENIENCE TO OUR MEMBERSHIP AND GUESTS.


The new membership year begins on March 1, 2025. Payment must be postmarked prior to or on March 31st to be eligible for the above renewal rate. Payments made after March 31st are considered for a new membership and must pay the New Membership fee of $85.00.


You may subtract $10.00 from the Renewal Fee IF you have 10+ volunteer hours documented in the "Volunteer Hours Binder" located in the Clubhouse. (This means your renewal fee would be $60.00.)
