To become a member of Sandycreek Conservancy any person who is eighteen (18) years or older shall be eligible. Any individual shall not become a member UNLESS and UNTIL the Board of Directors accepts the application. The Board of Directors may reject an application for any lawful reason. Once the application is accepted and receipt for his or her initiation fee and annual dues, the individual shall become a full member.

VOLUNTEER HOURS |

If a member volunteers at least 10 hours of their time to the club in a membership year, the Conservancy will deduct $10.00 from your annual dues.


We accept only cash, check or money order at this time.

Once your application has been accepted you will be given a gate access card for our electronic gate. Only one (1) gate access card per member! You may NOT at any time loan your card to anyone. In the event that your card is lost or stolen, notify the club via email or phone and a new card will be issued to you for a $15 replacement fee.

You must come to the clubhouse to pick up your access card. We will not mail them to you. You can pick them up on Sundays 8AM-2PM when the shotgun sports are open or you can come to our monthly meeting the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM.

                     

The membership year shall run from the FIRST day of March in one calendar year to the LAST day of February in the following calendar year. New members and associates joining AFTER October 1st in any year shall pay the applicable initiation fee and one-half the applicable annual dues.
