To become an adult member of Sandycreek Conservancy any person who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years shall be eligible. Any individual shall not become a member UNLESS and UNTIL the Board of Directors accepts the application. The Board of Directors may reject an application for any lawful reason. Once the application is accepted and receipt for his or her initiation fee and annual dues, the individual shall become a full member.

VOLUNTEER HOUR |

If a member volunteers at least 10 hours of their time to the club in a membership year, the Conservancy will deduct $10.00 from your annual dues.

We accept only cash, check or money order at this time.

Once your application has been accepted you will be given a fob for our electronic gate. Only one (1) fob per family! You must come to the clubhouse to pick up your fob. We will not mail them to you. You can pick them up on Thursdays and Sundays when the shotgun sports are open or you can come to our monthly meeting the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM.

The membership year shall run from the FIRST day of March in one calendar year to the LAST day of February in the following calendar year. New members and associates joining AFTER October 1st in any year shall pay the applicable initiation fee and one-half the applicable annual dues.
